About Quality Home Foam

Our Foundation

Quality Home Foam officially became its own company in 2022, built on over four decades of experience in the home building industry. For 44 years, our family focused on constructing energy-efficient homes with a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. That foundation is what this business is built on today.

Taking the Next Step

My name is Jacob Wernert, and in July of 2023, I took over the business to continue building on that foundation. I started in the industry at 16 years old, doing prep work and learning the trade from the ground up. Over time, I gained hands-on experience in spray foam and traditional insulation systems while learning what it takes to run a business the right way.

How We Operate Today

Today, Quality Home Foam remains a small, family-driven operation focused on doing things the right way. I personally work on every project to ensure each home receives the attention, precision, and care it deserves. As a fully insured business serving Southern Indiana and the Louisville area, my goal is to deliver consistent, high-quality results on every job.

Our Mission

My mission is simple: to make homes more comfortable, more energy efficient, and built to perform for the long term — while continuing the work ethic, responsibility, and integrity this business was founded on.
